Northshore Elite Talent Company - Studio Equipment

If you know Miss Nabi, you know she is a passionate, kind and dedicated teaching artist. She has worked in the Glenview community for nearly twenty years, and worked with students of all ages. She has also taught  in the dance and cheer industry for over a decade and coached award winning teams while putting their interests and safety first. She has learned a lot and grown while working at various studios in the Chicagoland area, including as the Director of Dance and Cheer Programs for Center Studio at the Glenview Park District. 

With all of your support, Miss Nabi has been able to make the dream of owning her own dance studio come to life! Not only is NorthShore Elite Talent Company about to open, her business partner and best friend of nearly 20 years, Eva Juris, is co-owner of this endeavor!

Your donations gave us the ability to fund the security deposit, build-out the studios,  and have payroll for the amazing staff that are teaching for us this season!

Classes and camps are starting this June, all thanks to your monetary support and we are so grateful. The journey is far from over however, because the space is so big we can now accommodate a competitive cheerleading program! We are exited because there hasn't been anything like this centrally located in the north shore. We want to make sure we have industry standard safety measures in place, which is why we are still asking for your donations to get a sprung floor for our athletes.

Dancers, cheerleaders and tumblers all need to practice on a sprung sub-floor to absorb the shock of repeated impact to their joints and reduce injury from falls. This is the same type of padding you see for USAG gymnasts while they do their floor routine. In order to have a full length sprung floor we need an additional $10,995 plus shipping and are hoping to purchase and set this up before winter break!
