Nick Spaulding tragically died in a car accident shortly after graduating college in December 2014. Nick was a scholar and collegiate soccer player at Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky. He wore the number 24. To honor Nick’s life and legacy, his friends and family created both an academic scholarship in his name and an annual memorial soccer game played on thanksgiving morning each year.
Your donation helps fund the Nick Spaulding Memorial Scholarship at Transylvania University. This scholarship helps a deserving student athlete studying business and accounting, attend a study abroad trip hosted by Transylvania University to experience international accounting firsthand. It also helps cement the legacy of one of Transylvania’s finest students, whose life was cut tragically short.
