NHS Mini 'Pick Me Up' Packs

Hi,
For anyone who doesn't know me, my name is Leanne . I currently work for the NHS and have worked for the NHS for a few years including through the pandemic.
I have seen the support that NHS staff have seen throughout the pandemic including volunteers, Clap for Carers, donations from businesses, personal thank yous and much more. And I have also seen the stress that NHS staff are under. Staff are moving out of home to focus on caring for patients without putting their family at risk, staff working longer shifts, more hours and being redeployed to help in any way they can without questioning it.I have seen students having to step up into full roles before they have finished their qualifications. Retired staff have returned back to work to help anyway they can.
It has been a frightening and tiring year for everyone and I am wanting to create little thank yous to all the staff who are working tirelessly to save lives and care for patients.
My idea is to create Mini Pick me up packs/happy packs to give to NHS staff as at the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Foundation Trust. I am working with Health Tree Foundation Charity to create these packs.
These packs will focus on Lip Balms, Moisturizers, and hand creams due to the severe dry skin and dry lips that staff are suffering from due to wearing fitted PPE and masks for long periods of time and due to amount of sanitization they are doing regularly. The packs will also include a Hot Chocolate and chocolate treats to enjoy on or off shift. Finally, the packs will include a thank you for all their hours of hard work, energy and putting the countries needs in front of their own.
