Myron Jr.’s Wellness Fund

This is on behalf of my friend Myron Jr. and his mother Aiyana. Aiyana and I have been friends for years and watched the loving relationship between her and her son. Unfortunately, life has decided difficult obstacles for them. JR has Crohn’s disease (https://www.crohnscolitisfoundation.org/what-is-crohns-disease) and is currently very aggressive, causing him to lose weight and unable to eat. He’s also in a great deal of pain from the inflammation. JR must undergo monthly infusions. This infusions are 7-10 days a month as an inpatient, plus a myriad of doctor visits. His last stay was over $98,000. Aiyana is losing income; her vacation pay and FMLA is exhausted. As we all know in this climate, the bills don’t stop. She’s a single mother and can’t leave JR unattended during these stays. She’s not blessed with a safety net, so I am creating this in hopes others can help.
