My Dad, who lives in South Africa is 84 with no medical insurance, needs to go for an eye operation on the 11th  of January. The doctor said that if they do not replace the lens in my Dad's eye, chances are that he will go blind in his eye. My Dad and Mom do not have the funds for the operation as they only receive a very small pension each month. My brother, sister and I assist where we can but we just do not have the funds for the operation.
