Help Support a Brave 19-Year-Old Battling Stage 4 Cancer

My life changed on the 26th of February. My son was rushed to the hospital with a severe headache. Got his head scanned and discovered a mass at that point I was in shock. Had to wait for the Nero surgeon to look over the results. In the meantime he had other scans. A little while later close to 1230ish am my son was being rushed into surgery on his right side of his brain. At this point I'm a total wreck. 3 longest hours of my life, pacing back in forth sitting standing. Finally around 3 330ish am the surgeon came out and informed he believed to have gotten a majority of the mass and my son was in recovery and will be in the Nero ICU in the morning. I did not sleep that night and came back to the hospital that very morning. I couldn't believe how fast my life just changed in a matter of seconds. My baby, my love my life, my blood just went through brain surgery for a mass that is now being tested for cancer. He was taking off the ventilator and breathing on his own. He was having a hard time speaking and swallowing and was very weak on the left side. We were speaking to numerous doctors still trying to process what's happening to our child who just graduated last yr. How do you process a mass in the brain one on each lung his heart and testicle. Testicular cancer stage 4 I was beside myself, overwhelmed with sadness, anger, wondering how to fight this for my son but knowing he's the one that has to fight. To be only support and not being able to do anything is the tuffest. He doesn't have the right side of his skull yet and it swells from time to time with fluid and needs to get it drained he had to go through radiation treatment on the brain and has chemo to still go through. They are waiting to do anything else with his skull and brain in order to not push back chemo. He will have to wear a helmet to protect the side with no skull. There is absolutely no words to describe anything at this moment. Prayers prayers prayers We can use all the help if possible this adjustment hasn't been easy or cheap bills from the hospital Drs chemo treatment are coming in faster than I can make I was put on nonpaid leave which doesn't help the matter but we are fighting no matter what#Fcancer #testicularcancer #tooyoung #fighting
