recovering from major intestinal surgery

My doctor's have all said that I should be prepared for the possibility of on going problems from my Crohn's and for the possibility of further future surgeries. It'll likely be awhile longer before I'll beable to have a sustainable income so any help going forward will be greatly appreciated and responsibly used, thank you.
