Bella is paralyzed and needs back surgery

Hello I am asking for help for Bella. Bella is my five year old dashound Yorkie mix. She just recently lost her ability to walk. She was going down the steps to go outside and something popped in her back. When she came back in she quickly lost all function of back legs. Took her to Vet an suggested an MRI an some other tests an a specialist neurologist that can Treet her an have surgery that may help her recover .I am unable to even come close to her expected expenses. Can you please help me help her try to have the function of life she had before We could use some help she thanks you as do I .
