Please Help The Muse Family In Our Time Of Need

We are the Muse family: LaMont, Pamela, and Eboni. We are San Diego natives with active roles in (and a deep love for) our community. While Pamela is currently on disability and unable to work, LaMont - a military veteran - works part-time while also constantly seeking full-time employment. Eboni, a celebrated vocalist and actress in the San Diego County theatre scene, has consistently maintained employment while pursuing her performance career and faithfully contributing to her family’s household. Our family has been able to keep this balance but, unfortunately, we have recently fallen behind in rent and we are currently in danger of losing our home of the past five years. After facing eviction, our lawyers were able to negotiate a pay-and-stay of $3000 ($5,788) if we Include this months rent and lawyer fees) by September 23rd, 2019, otherwise we will be locked out and our personal belongings will be seized by our landlords. The Veterans’ Association is unable to assist until we are homeless. Every bit of our resources and our energies are going towards meeting this deadline and at this time we are humbly reaching out to our community for support.
