Murtaza's Brain Surgery Fund

Donation protected

Hello!

My name is Aqsa and I live in New Jersey. I was born and raised in Jersey, but the exciting part is I have an enormous family and they live all over the world, which gives me lots of vacation spots! My parent's families reside in Pakistan, which include my warm-hearted, fun, loving cousins.

This particular campeign is for my cousin Murtaza, who is 17 years old. Murtaza has a little brother who is 14, and a little sister who is 10. When Murtaza was about 11, his Father, the primary caretaker of the household, passed away, leaving Murtaza, his Mother, and Siblings alone. Murtaza's mother, my aunt, does not work because she spends time caring for the kids, i.e, cooking, cleaning, making sure they go to school and get a good education, etc. Therefore, Murtaza and his little brother must attend school and work little jobs here and there to bring some money home.

As you can imagine for kids this age, this is a very difficult lifestyle. They are not a wealthy family, but are very humble and always kind, and are simply trying to make ends meet in the most minimal way possible.

A week ago, my Mom told me Murtaza has two brain tumors. My 17 year old cousin, with no Father, and the strength to help his Mother hold on, has a brain tumor. His family, as you can imagine, is going through a very tough time, meantally and emotionally. And most importantly, they do not have the money to make sure Murtaza gets the medical treatment he deserves. He is a young boy, and with proper medical treatmeant, Murtaza can, with the grace of God, live a long, healthy, prosperous life!

I would have never made this campeign if this wasn't a last resort to help save Murtaza's life. He has a little brother and sister who depend on him, and look up to him as a role model. My family in Pakistan is trying their best to get him the best medical treatments, but as we all know, that comes with a heavy cost.

I know the sum is great, but I have seen miracles happen for families before, and I hope Murtaza's family is next. I know that with everyone's collective effort, this is more than possible.

Any amount is very well appreciated, even a dollar is more than enough. Please share and encourage each other to help one's in need.

May God bless you all, and please keep my cousin Murtaza in your prayers. Thank you.

(I will be managing the GoFundMe page, and sending the total sum to his family when I go visit soon).
