Bailey needs your help

I adopted the most adorable pup, Bailey. She's is the sweetest, most smelly, adorable, wonderfully cuddly, and under-medicated baby girl with extreme separation anxiety a guy could ever hope for. If you can endure her welcome woofing and spend just 5 minutes with her, you will love her too! Just look at that face; how could you not? She's that's special. Bailey can be very needy and demanding, but I wouldn't change anything about her because she is ever-loyal and accepting of me with all my faults.
Bailey and I have been together more than six years and it’s east to say she is my best friend — always by my side through every trial and tribulation. She has helped me weather two breakups, three moves, two jobs, and one very long pandemic lockdown. Just three short months ago, my father passed away in California. And, the baby girl continues to be my rock and help me get through those toughest of days when there’s nothing but grief and her love.
But, now, Bailey needs my love and support more than ever. Two weeks ago, at her annual appointment, the vet diagnosed Bailey with bone cancer in her right front paw. Right now we don't think it's spread and her best chance for survival is to amputate her leg to stop a possible spread of the cancer to her lungs.
This news is devastating and sad. It is difficult to process but I have to do what I can quickly to save Bailey and give her the best chance to live life without pain and suffering. With this goal in my heart, I ask for your help. Money is certainly tight lately resulting from dad’s recent passing. I paid for weeks-long stay last-minute to be with my dad before he passed and for his cremation. Anything anyone can donate to help me cover the anticipated vet bills with her surgery would be a godsend.
I thank you, in advance, for helping me and my Bailey get through this. ♥️
