Joseph S. Clark HS Marching Band

Hi everyone,

I'm Voltaire Casino and I'm the band director at Joseph S. Clark High School in New Orleans. This year our band has grown to 40 members and we are marching in multiple parades this Mardi Gras parade season.

We are hoping to repair our instruments and uniforms for this season, but the costs are more than our budget allows. 

This money goes towards the essentials of a marching band: new drum heads, mallets, valve oil, missing band accessories, uniform size alterations, etc.

We would greatly appreciate any donations to help us reach our goal of $5000. I personally have covered the costs to this point myself (repairing instruments, sewing uniforms) but this would give our band the equipment and opportunity to shine in front of millions this February.

I will do my best to save as much as possible, with any leftover funds going towards the band members' end of year awards (I never knew that plaques could cost so much).
