My dad has been struggling with back pain for decades, and in the recent years he's even dealt with seizures and random blackouts.
A few months ago he ended up in the emergency room as he was unable to get out of bed for 3 days, unable to eat or use the restroom. Since then he's been staying in a skilled nursing facility doing therapy and has since managed to work up to walking with the aid of a walker and standing on his own for a few seconds at a time.
The reason I've created this gofundme is that he hasn't been to work since December and is running low on funds. And since his spinal surgery has yet to be scheduled, we don't know when or IF he'll be able to work again. What we're hoping is to at least make sure he has an apartment to go back to, as well as help move his belongings from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor of his apartment building. I can't hope to do this all on my own so any help would be appreciated!
