We are moving everyday to ensure that our community has what it needs to stay physically active and mentally healthy amongst this COVID-19 Pandemic. We want to put our movement to a greater usage and help raise some money for others. For the next week we would like to raise funds for the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts. On Wednesday 4/29/2020 we will do repetitions of various exercises for every dollar we raise for families who face hunger.
Your donation dictates the number of reps we do. For every hundred dollars ($100) we receive we, as a team, will do:
20 Body weight Squats
5 Burpees
2 Deadlifts (1.5x BW)
1 Muscle up
To express this slightly differently.
Every $5 we do a squat
Every $20 we do a burpee
Every $50 we do a deadlift
Every $100 we do a muscle up
