Mother of 6... woman of faith...has Cancer...
I am blessed to have married into the Jackman Hencley family. My name is Sue Manning-
Hencley and I’m married to Richard Hencley,
Rayne’s uncle.
I have gotten to know this lovely woman and watched her and her husband Steve-care for
their family...raising 6 children faithfully in the LDS Church.
Their children range in age from 2 to
15. They are all active-in school and church
activities.
Zack is 15. He runs cross country and track.
He plays the violin, drums and Kilamba. He is an excellent student and just got signed up for DRIVERS TRAINING!
Zina is 13. She loves to sing and dance. She
plays basketball and runs track. She is a
cheerleader and has 2 parts in the junior high musical!
Eliza is 10. She sing and dance. She is
participating in basketball skills and learning
about volleyball so she can play when she
enters middle school!
Chloe is 8. Oh what to say about Chloe. She is so funny! She is a vivacious reader...and an
awesome student. She participates in
basketball skills and is a great helper at home! She keeps everyone on their toes!
Ginny is 5. She loves kindergarten and
reading! She also loves to play with her
friends!
Clark is 2! His favorite toys are his cars and
Duplos. He has a great imagination and
constantly keeps himself entertained!!! As
you can imagine, with that many children,
she has lots of fun stories to share! Life never has a dull moment in the Robinson household!
Rayne recently posted an update on her social media platform that she had not been feeling well and went to urgent care. She left there with homecare instructions, but a few days
had gone by with no relief. Steve was so
concerned he took her to the ER. They did a
CT scan and found a mass on each of her-ovaries and later found an abnormality in her colon. This turned out to be full of innumerable
polyps.
Rayne was sent to Salt Lake where she
ultimately had her colon, ovaries and fallopian tubes removed. Her treatment will soon
include chemotherapy which will begin in a
few weeks.
Rayne is now out of the hospital and
staying with her mom. The kids stayed with
Steves mom while Rayne was in the hospital
and Steve was with her… Moms are so important, even when you are an adult! The help from
family and friends has let Steve get back to his routine of going to work followed by time with his family each day.
Over the next days, weeks, and months they
will need to be at countless doctor
appointments and possible hospital stays. As you can imagine, the costs of everything, even with medical insurance, are astronomical. Our generous gift of money will enable Steve to be able to concentrate on Rayne getting well.
These kids deserve to continue with their
extracurricular activities, as we attempt to
keep some normalcy in their lives during this
very difficult time.
From the bottom of my heart I humbly ask
that you share this link with friends and familyand if possible give (any amount will help).
We thank you for your support and God bless each and every one of you!
