Mother and special needs son need shelter.

Hello, im Nathan and this is my first attempt at a fundraiser. Asking for assistance of any kind takes me WAY outside of my comfort zone but this is for a good cause and for someone deserving of our help.
My friend Juanita and her 19 year old, autistic son Matthew are homeless in a very literal sense of the word. Matthew is 6ft 4in tall and weighs around 350lbs with the manner of your typical 4 year old child. He is a great kid and in the right environment is caring and gentle but recently that environment has become turbulent and out of control. Juanita has been facing financial hardships for the last couple of years and with her sons program assistance ending recently she could no longer afford their small apartment and was evicted 2 months ago. Matthew is level 3 asd which is the most severe on the autism spectrum. This makes it nearly impossible for them to simply stay with friends or family. Matthews disabilities can lead to very sensitive and intense situations that most people cannot understand, let alone live with. His size makes him an intimidating force when he feels out of control and his mother, being half his size, is put to the test physically and emotionally on a daily basis. These days are only getting harder and im hoping for help.
If we can raise the funds to help Juanita and Matthew afford a temporary apartment or hotel stay it would provide a much needed break from the car living and cold nights they have been surviving through. Once they have a warm place to go Im going to provide daytime care for Matthew so Juanita can have an opportunity to seek out assistance and housing programs that are available.
In closing, the necessity here is housing. Id be just as happy to provide Juanita and Matthew with a 30 day voucher for a hotel stay in lew of money. My gofundme goal is what a typical motel costs for 30 days. With the right support and motivation i believe those 30 days could be life changing for these two.
