Moses's Poultry Farm in Kenya
Donation protected
Moses used to work in a cotton mill in one of Kenya's export processing zones. He had been out of work for many months when he decided to put together a business plan for a poultry farm in his home village. With a small capital investment and the help and guidance of a colleague in Nairobi, Moses has already begun laying the foundation for his poultry farm - this includes basic infrastructure to house the chickens. He still needs to connect to a water supply, buy chickens and chicken feed, and also hire additional workers. He has promised to employ women from his village and to provide a large enough space for the chickens to roam around. Not only will this be an excellent source of pride and financial stability for Moses, it will allow him to give back to his village through employment and provision of a food source. I know that he will greatly appreciate your help!
