Mooney family needing community support

Hi, my name is Margaret Kinsella, owner of Pitfield Equestrian. We are fundraising for a local family who lives in Castledermot, Co. Kildare. The Mooney family moved from Dublin to Castledermot seventeen years ago; they have four young girls, all attending school here. Eighteen months ago, David Mooney a self employed electrician, had an accident and shattered the bones in his leg. Many operations have taken place to repair his leg in Tallaght Hospital, but the outcome has been very poor. Within the next two weeks he has to have his leg amputated, which is having a huge impact on his family.

One of David's daughters is on TY work experience in my equestrian centre. Nicole Stewart and Linda Doran are assisting set up this gofundme team with me. As a member of our community, I think it is so important to get funds together for this lovely family and hopefully help make life a little easier for them for Christmas and the future.
