In Lieu of flowers, the Montoya Family is asking for donations to Big Apple Youth Soccer League. Luis (Choco) founded the league in 1997 and has helped many kids get soccer-related scholarships. These donations will be used to create a scholarship in Choco's name. The Montoya Family wants to thank everyone for their heartfelt condolences during this difficult time.
