Who am I and where I'm from:  My name is Jennifer Abad,  and I'm located in San Antonio, TX . I created and am managing this GoFund Me account on behalf of Monica Monroy and Sebastien Alexandre. 

Current Beneficiary : Paulina Cruz, acting as beneficiary to purchase supplies until Monica and Seb can make purchases and get their supplies.

Our relationship to Monica Monroy and Sebastien Alexandre: We are lifelong friends of Monica since elementary school days at Academia Cotopaxi, Quito, Ecuador.  We are acting on the behalf and with the support of the loving family and many dear friends of Monica Monroy and Sebastien Alexandre

We have been in sporadic contact with Seb and Monica, who along with thier pets thankfully survived the storm without injury; however supplies are limited and most of their material possessions are damaged or destroyed.

How the funds will be used: Please help fund the purchase of emergency aid packages and delivery for our dear friends Monica and Sebastien in St. Maarten. 

These funds go toward the purchase of emergency items, food,  and the direct shipment of supplies providing Monica and Seb with critical aid packages after the devastation of Hurricane Irma.  

For the time being these donations are being directed to Paulina Cruz (beneficiary)  who is  using the funds to purchase the items and having them shipped to the closest hub to Monica and Seb - with the aim of fast and direct delivery as soon as possible. 

Once Monica and Sebastian confirm they are able to access and use the funds from St. Marteen, they will become this Go-Fund Me's account's direct beneficiaries.
