Please help save the life of a lifesaver.
Lyme disease destroys the entire body. This is the story for my friend, Miriam, who has been suffering/surviving for over 20 years, as Lyme infections have tried to take over her life. Miriam has truly explored every outlet she possibly can to stop the Lyme infections from deteriorating her health. As a woman who saves lives professionally, her life's work (as a nurse practitioner, homeopath, & homebirth midwife) is only one piece of the magic she's brought to us, & the goodness she recycles on our planet. We need this woman in our world.
If you have ever met her, you probably became quickly aware of the love that her spirit radiates. She has devoted her life to healing others & herself, & nothing stops her from blessing us with the wisdom she's acquired during her highly eventful years on this planet, in every interaction. She does this entirely out of the pure love energy that flows through her, without expectation for return, with great strength & intention.
The amount of suffering this woman has overcome as a result of this disease, & the perfect storm of medical errors she has humbly endured, are enough to send the average person over the edge. My friend is truly a remarkable person, & having her in our lives should not be taken for granted – it is a blessing with exponential potential for positively impacting the world. She has been the hero to so many people who've come to her for medical help or have met her serendipitously in public, that I know we can work together now to save her life, to collectively be her hero.
The surgery that Miriam needs immediately, which involves removing & grafting a significant portion of jaw bone, as well as the diagnostics & treatments necessary to stop the Lyme-related destruction, are more than Miriam is able to pay for alone.
We don't overcome adversity & survive experiences like those of Miriam's without evolving more & more deeply into love. While she doesn't tend to ask for help, I am asking on her behalf, to please contribute anything you may have, for love's sake.
