Ming Li's Medical Assistance Fund

As many of you may know Ming was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and has had to take a leave of absence from his job. The week of November 10th, Ming and his wife had to travel to Wisconsin (leaving his kids at home) where he underwent "whipple" surgery at Froedtert Hospital. Whipple surgery is commonly known as one of the most demanding and risky operations for surgeons and patients.

Ming and his wife will have to stay in the hospital or in temporary housing, in Wisconsin, for a minimum of 4 weeks. After his surgery, Ming will need to go through long-term medical treatment, which may require Ming and his wife return to Wisconsin for treatment in the near future.

This GoFundMe account has been setup to help offset expenses incurred (lost compensation, temporary housing costs, traveling expenses such as plane tickets and rental car, etc.) during this trying time.

As Ming's manager at Cox, I can personally tell you that Ming and his family are very grateful for your kindness and will benefit greatly from your contribution.

Thank you,

Darrell Carley - Cox Communications
