Mikey's Medical Help!

I am asking for help from my friends and family and I am doing so with a great amount of humility as I probably already owe half of you in some way form or fashion. All is greatly appreciated.  But this last year my health has effected me for the worse at home and at work I have had several psoriatic flare-ups and due to my weakened immune system also within a span of 7 weeks had three different bouts of Bronchitis, Sinisitus, and as well as viral infection of the lungs if the Bronchitus wasnt enough. Causing me to be hospitalized twice in addition to missing several days of work. The Psoriatic Athritis I have is linked inherant to my parents. Whish should be no suprise for those of you who knew my mother Lois and what she has endured for so many years. The medicine fror the Psoriatic version that I have is extremely costly and my insurance does no have prescription assistance. So my dermitologist and I have found a treatment that my insurance covers but due to the fact that it will affect my imune system I must have my knee replaced before hand and in turn must have the gastric bypass to help me lose weight to ensure that the knee replacement will be worth the time. So all this get set in motion June 5th of this year and I have found myself in a very bad place. Due to my sickness and abscence from work the last several months in addition to my high medications, I have fallen behind rent and other important bills. I have until the 3rd of June (Two days before my surgery) to find a new place to live and come up with deposit and rent). Yes some of you are shaking your head only I can manage to get evicted weeks before a major surgery. The upside to all if this is that I on June 5th my road to recovery begins. And I will be around for many more years. Which I will pass on the generosity shown me to others in need! Thank you so very much. Truly means the world to me and my family!
