My dear brother Mike (Michael) Seymour has been my Mother's (Elinor E. Seymour) sole care provider for the past 10 years or better. He provided care 24/7 and now with the passing of my mother, he  could use a little help.  My brother is 60 and will be looking for somekind of work. My mother, Elinor Seymour, 92 passed away on December 19th at Mount Carmel West Hospital.
