A devastating fire occurred last night, destroying the property of our friend Mike Robinson.
Late at night, while Mike and his family were in bed; the shop building right next to Mike's house, caught fire and burned to the ground.
Mike and his family were not harmed by the fire, Thank God -- They were however rocked by a comprehensive loss of the facility, as well as the tools, materials, equipment, etc. that Mike uses everyday for his work as a contractor and handyman. All things considered, the damages likely exceed $100,000.
Our goal of $25,000 is based on bare-minimum cost to rebuild Mike's shop. If we exceed the goal, we can help Mike cover the cost of some tools and equipment that he needs for his profession.
Mike has come through for so many of us, so many times. Now it's our turn to come through for him. Let's work together and rally around Mike and his family. Let's help them get back on their feet.
