My sister was murdered when I was 13 years old by my mother's husband at the time. I can't explain way she never got a proper tombstone but I was young and couldnt do it myself. 

This year marked 30 years that she was taken form my life. I would do anything to place a proper tombstone on her grave instead of a makeshift cross that is not fallan apart. The cross has the wrong year of birth and only her first name.

I wish I can place a stone on her grave without asking for help but I cant I live on a limited income and cant afford it or it would have been done by now.

I know its been a long time and I would appreacheate any help.
