On October 23, 2015, Morgan Delks tragically lost her life in an automobile accident. The world lost a beautiful person.

Through the love and strength of the Morgan's family, Susie and Greg Delks established the Mermaids for Morgan fund through Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation.



All donations made to the Mermaids for Morgans fund will focus on programs designed to prevent distracted driving.
Distracted driving includes texting while driving, using phones or other devices while driving, drowsy driving and driving while under the influence of alcohol or legal/ illegal substances and other forms distracted driving. The vision for the Mermaids for Morgan fund is to honor Morgan’s memory by preventing this tragedy from ever happening again.
