Dear Family and Friends,
It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that my niece, Ariana Alize Brezner, went home to be with the Lord on December 20, 2024. She fought hard to give birth to her fifth child, Ki’Yomi. After delivering Ki’Yomi, Ariana experienced a serious childbirth complication known as Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation (DIC). Early in the morning, two Fridays ago, at the age of 29, my beautiful niece lost her battle but gained eternal victory through Christ Jesus.
Sadly, Ariana has left behind her children: 9-year-old DaMari, 7-year-old KyRee, 6-year-old Serenity, 4-year-old Ra’Niyah, and 13-day-old Ki’Yomi. Memorial arrangements are being planned for our sweet Ariana and will be shared as soon as they are finalized. As a family of faith, we want the memorial to be less of a sad goodbye and more of a celebration of life, giving glory to the One who gives it abundantly.
The Ford family has set up a GoFundMe campaign to help with the arrangements and assist her children during this holiday season and beyond. We understand these are difficult times so that any contribution would be greatly appreciated.
To my dearest sister, Ernestine "Tina" Ford, I am deeply sorry for your loss. Words cannot adequately express the pain I feel witnessing what you have been through. It is, without a doubt, a parent's worst nightmare. Yet, God has arrested your heart and granted you peace beyond all human understanding, which has only strengthened my faith further. I remember how you danced like David in utter joy when Ariana was born on September 5, 1995, and with tears streaming down your cheeks, a song of praise on your lips, and a deep ache in your belly that only a mother knows -You danced like David as your baby traveled back home.
Psalm 34:1-3 “I shall bless the LORD at all times: His praise shall continually be in my mouth…”
Thank you Sincerely,
Jasmine Christine Ford (Representing the Ford Family during this time of bereavement)
