Melvin Dutton's Medical Fund

On August 14th, Melvin Dutton was seriously injured in a horse riding accident. Initially he was diagnosed with five fractured ribs and lung contusions. He was later diagnosed with cerebral hematomas. As a result of his brain injuries, he was transferred from Paoli Hospital to Bryn Mawr Rehab. While in the brain injury program, he worked hard for two weeks to regain lost motor skills and cognitive skills. He is now doing outpatient physical therapy three times a week and continues to make improvements each day. Anyone who knows Melvin, knows he is a hard worker and dedicated horseman. He has helped hundreds of people over the years and there are not too many people who don't have a "Melvin" story to tell. 

This fund has been created by Melvin’s close friends to try to alleviate any financial burdens the Dutton family may incur.
