Melissa’ s ACL Surgery & Help Save The Ranch Fund
Donation protected
***Due to Covid-19, my surgery that was supposed to be on March 25th, was canceled, I just got a new surgery date to replace my ACL, it’s now June 1st!!!***
My name is Melissa Allen-Weiser, I live on a Ranch in Simi Valley, Ca. I am an Actress, Stuntwoman and Horse Trainer. I’ve been riding horses since the age of 9 and performing stunts in the entertainment industry for over 20 years. In late December 2019, I slipped and fell in mud at my Ranch and while trying to catch my fall I twisted my left knee around and blew out my ACL. I now have to have arthroscopic surgery to repair it. I am currently not able to perform any stunts and therefore my income has been cut down to pretty much nothing. I’m going to be out of commission for a few months and I don’t wanna lose my ranch that I’ve worked so hard for, so I’ve started this go fund me to help with the expenses of running this ranch like hay, feed ,bedding, water, power and of course my rent as well as the medical expenses I’ll incur in recovery from my surgery. My ranch has been a great place where a lot of Stunt Performers, Actors and regular people as well as special needs with autism and Adht ,etc can come and learn how to ride horses. It’s a lot of fun and everybody loves it here because it’s a good environment for everyone and I really don’t want to lose it because I’ve worked so hard through the years to get it to what it is now. Any amount of donation will help as I’m not sure how long I will be unable to work. I was told it should be a few months as I’m a very healthy and Athletic person. I’m not one to ask for help, but in this situation, I’m by myself and I really don’t want to lose everything I’ve worked so hard for, so I’m reaching out to you all my friends and family and I’m also open to having anyone come help me out at the ranch as I do need help here now! Thanks so much!
