Melina Martinez-Walker Funeral Expenses

Hello all. Our names are Melissa Martinez McCall and Joey Martinez. It is with a very heavy hearts that we ask for your help for our sister Michelle Martinez. On Saturday, October 16, Michelle unexpectedly lost her daughter, Melina Martinez-Walker, at the young age of 18 to complications from a seizure. While Michelle had life insurance for her and her children, Melina’s coverage was canceled due to her pre-existing condition of epilepsy. Michelle tried getting life insurance with other companies and none would insure her due to this pre-existing condition. 

No parent should ever bury their child and no parent should ever worry about how they are going to fund their child’s funeral expenses. With that being said, it is with very heavy hearts that we humbly ask all of our family, friends, coworkers and the community for help with burial expenses for Melina. Every little bit helps. If you are unable to offer financially, we ask that you kindly keep Michelle, Kyrie (Michelle’s son) and our entire family in your thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time.
