Hello please help me fight to survive my disease!

Hello, I'm George, and I desperately need help. I've been struggling with a hospital for 16 years now. During that time, I've had to undergo major surgeries 11 times. I've currently been in the hospital for over two months, and my next five-hour surgery is in a week. Honestly, I hope I survive.I had to be resuscitated for a long time during the last two. I'm terrified that something will go wrong this time, and I won't see my fiancée and the rest of my family again without having truly said goodbye. Furthermore, after 16 years of torture, blood, and tears, I can no longer leave my fiancée any financial resources, even though she has supported me immensely with all her strength and love ❤️. Hallo ich bin George und brauche dringend Hilfe. Ich kämpfe jetzt seit 16 Jahren mit einem Krankenhaus. In dieser Zeit musste ich mich bereits 11 Mal einer schweren Operation unterziehen. Zurzeit liege ich wieder seit über 2 Monaten im Krankenhaus und die nächste 5 Stunden OP steht in einer Woche bevor. Wobei ich ehrlich gesagt hoffe, dass ich sie überlebe.

Bei den letzten 2 musste ich lange wiederbelebt werden. Ich habe große Angst davor, dass diesmal etwas schiefgeht und ich meine Verlobte und meine restliche Familie nicht mehr sehe ohne wirklich Abschied genommen zu haben. In weiterer Folge kann ich nach den 16 Jahren der Tortouren, Blut und Tränen meiner Verlobten überhaupt keine finanziellen Mittel mehr hinterlassen, obwohl sie mich mit all ihrer Kraft und Liebe ❤️ extrem unterstützt hat. Danke mein Schatz Dieser Umstand schmerzt mich mehr als all die extremen physischen Schmerzen an denen ich jeden Tag leider.
