Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

Our names are Baleigh (Boo) and Kappi, and we along with our mom and dad are reaching out to ask for your help. In the beginning of October after being sick for a while, our mom (Meghan) got diagnosed with a very aggressive type of breast cancer.

Grade 3 both ductal and lobular invasive carcinoma of the breast which is Her2 3+ Ki-67 80%.

This diagnosis was heartbreaking to our whole family. As many of you know, cancer not only takes a toll on a person’s body and spirit, but it also brings overwhelming financial burdens. Between frequent hospital visits, treatments like chemotherapy or radiation, specialized medications, and necessary day-to-day care, the costs are going to add up.

Our mom has not been able to work while she fights this battle and misses her job. If you don't already know, she works for a non-profit helping churches build preschools and then helps set up those schools, staff the schools and manages multiple schools regionally. So it's our turn to help her!

Meghan is also a huge fan of the Chiefs and the New Heights podcast boasting its okay to be at 92 percent instead of 100 percent. Both the Chiefs games and New Heights podcast are highlights that help keep her mind off of having cancer.

Now that we have a better plan in her treatment, we are reaching out to ask for your help to cover the rising medical and living expenses because our mom doesn't have her income at this stage in her battle. Below are just some of the expenses.
