Medical Mission in the Philippines

This campaign is for my group of fellow Nurses at Sharp HealthCare in San Diego, California who will be joining the medical mission in the Philippines from January 28 to February 5, 2017
We are a group of medical providers (Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Paramedics, EMTs, Medical Technicians) and laypersons here in USA who will travel to Angeles City and Narvacan, Ilocos Sur to provide free medical services. We will be working and coordinating with LGUs in conducting free clinics which include medical screenings, health education, splinting, providing wound care and free medications on selected illness/diseases. We will also conduct a kids' day which aims to develop awareness in disease prevention thru interactive group activities.
In this regard, we are asking your support in any kind to make this medical mission successful. We will fund our own transportation, accommodation and meal expenses and your donations will help us pay for the following:
diagnostic equipments
medical supplies
over the counter and prescription medications
goodie bags for kids
T-Shirts and food for our local volunteers
