On March 8, 2019 Heaven got even sweeter as it welcomed Matilda Grace Disney in.
Hannah went to the doctor for her check up on the 7th and all was well with both her and Matilda, however Friday Matilda was found to not have a heart beat. Friday evening Hannah delivered the most beautiful baby girl and Matilda was born with angel wings.
Though we know she is in such a better place being loved on by Jesus, it doesn't make the hurt any easier for Hannah, Kylan and all of their family and friends.
Nothing we can say or do can help them with the hurt they are feeling, however, I know many people are desperate to help in any way they can. I have created this GoFundMe page for anyone wanting to donate to help the Disneys financially during this time. The grieving process takes time and we want to make sure they are both able to take the time they need without worrying about paying for the many expenses that will present themselves.
