We are desperately working hard to open the doors of Masjid Inaam and Madrasah Madinatul Uloom at 7401 Lincoln Ave in Skokie. Help us open the doors for Musallees and classes for youth and adults. Please take part in this noble cause and be there with us to celebrate another beacon of light, fulfilling our community obligation towards Salaah and Education.
“Who is he that will lend to Allah a goodly loan so that He may multiply it to him many times?
And it is Allah that decreases or increases (your provisions), and unto Him you shall return”.
(Surah Al Baqarah verse 245).
The new Masjid is located at 7401 N Lincoln Avenue in Skokie IL.
VFW Veterans Center property purchased & Converted to Islamic Center with huge Parking lot (48 spaces).
Alhamdulillah with great joy, we the Madinat ul Uloom (board of directors) would like to share with you the GREAT news that with your duas and support of Donations as well as loans (Qarz e Hasanah) we were able to close on the property in early February 2019! May Allah Ta’Ala reward everyone who donated and to brothers and sisters who made efforts for collections. We are still in need of sincere duas, and generous donations to payback the loans (Qarz e Hasanah), and to make improvements.
"And whatever it be that you spend on others,
He (always) replaces it, for He is the best of those who grant sustenance."
(Surah #34 ayah#39)
Further more the Holy Quran e Majeed encourages us to lend money to Allah swt for the great cause.
“And lend to Allah a goodly loan, and whatever good you send before you for yourselves,
you will certainly find it with Allah, better and greater in reward”.
(Surah Muzzammil verse 20)

Mar 2019 - Preliminary Application for planning & Zoning
Aug 2019 - Public Hearings to use the property for Zoning Approval
Sep 2019 - Village of Skokie Approved the property to be use as Masjid
Mar 2020 - Interior Building Design for Renovation/Remodel with Engineering firm
Apr 2020 - Plans submitted to Village for Interior Renovate/Remodel {construction permit}
May 2020 - Acquired Building/Construction permits - Acquired multiple Bids from Contractors
Jun 2020 - Construction Started - Major work, Demo, Plumbing, Electrical, Framing
Aug 2020 - Interior Demolition finished
Sep 2020 - Rough Plumbing Inspection Completed
Oct 2020 - Planing, Designing of Sprinkler & Fire Alarm System, New 6" Water service line
Nov 2020 - Plans submitted for Sprinkler & Fire Alarm system, New 6" Water line in Village of Skokie
Dec 2020 - Plans Approved by Village of Skokie & permits granted and Sprinkler work started
