Need a little help until I have my surgery

I hate asking for help like this. But right now, I am in need of assistance. I need surgery but the soonest date available (so far - still working on getting in sooner) is November 11. I am uncomfortable all the time. It wakes me up at night. I can't concentrate when I'm hurting. Plus I had blacked out while driving and sleep on and off almost all day. So I am out of work on disability but not getting full pay. I'm having a hard time. I'm about to be behind on rent again and I'm already behind on almost every bill, including car payments. I can hardly do anything for myself right now. I can't bend, lift, or even lean forward without pain. For gall bladder, they tell you to take over the counter pain meds which don't really do anything. They expect me to wait until November to have my gall bladder removed. Please pray for me and send your positive, healthy vibes my way please. I feel like every time something like this, something negative happens in my life, I end up struggling and sometimes having to ask for help. I am tired of it. I feel so beaten down by life right now. If you can help me at all, I would greatly appreciate it. I apologize for sounding so negative. I'm going through a lot and although I try to spread happiness and positivity, it is hard to do some days.
