Please help Marsha Derrickson with ALS expenses
Donation protected
Please consider donating to help Marsha Derrickson with her caregiving needs due to her ALS diagnosis.
Marsha was diagnosed with ALS in June of 2016 and has been fighting ever since. The average lifespan for an ALS patient is 3-5 years. She has fought hard and exceeded expectations. However, the disease has taken its toll on her physically and financially. We are out of money and going into debt 5500 per month to pay for her care.
She is in the last stages of ALS and cannot perform even the most menial task independently. She needs 24/7 care, which she has been able to receive by paying for caregivers to assist while I work from home during the day, and with assistance from her mother and our children in the evenings. The costs for this care are enormous.
Could you please consider donating what you can so Marsha can live out her last days with her family in our home?
