Coach needs a dual TRANSPLANT

I've dedicated my life to mentoring and coaching  as a veteran I have given so much to young men in the Plano Area and the Metroplex now I'm asking for your help.
I'm getting to go through a dual organ transplant ( Heart and Kidney ) I'm trying to raise funds for cost outside of what insurance may cover. The transplant proceedure . I've giwill take place at Medical City Dallas Texas and I'm approaching the end of the work-up process.As a father, brother, coach and mentor I realize how imprtant my role is and to be honest I'm not ready to cash it in just yet I'm a veteran so I will fight to the bitter end especially for the one I love . I will say this, this journey is very complexed and arduous wow the testing  is something on it's own.  A typical  day for me starts at 4:30 am with a good dose of dialysis and me and my fannie pack which feeds me medication 24/7 hit the road and immitate some type of normalcy I also so have implanted an IDC device (defibulator) because my heart operates at 15%. With all that I still manage to coach football I honestly think if I didn't I would be dead. I love coaching and mentoring. Well I will leave you with this cherish life it's to precious to neglect.....
