HELP Marley, the Super Therapy Dog Fight Cancer!
Donation protected
"Marley the Therapy Dog" is Ryder's best friend, my second furry son and Max's favorite 150lb. cuddle buddy. He has recently been diagnosed with grade 2, soft tissue, sarcoma cancer and needs your help to fight this cancer and save his life.
Marley is in incredible part of our extended family and he needs your help to fight this! In addition to being a best friend to many including my friend Melissa, Marley has been a therapy dog for the past 6 years.
Some of his accolades include being a part of the volunteer-based National Pet Partners Program, visiting patients in hospitals throughout the Denver area, helping special needs kids and greeting stressed travelers at the Denver Airport. He has also been on ABC's "The View" to receive an award for his volunteer service in addition to receiving awards from Denver Pet Partners and the Canine Good Citizen Award from the American Kennel Club for his volunteer work.
Marley will have to undergo surgery in the next month to remove the cancer tumor and then follow-up with chemo or radiation for the next year is needed. The tumor removal surgery alone is around $3000 and the radiation treatment after is over $1000, looking at around $5000 total to fight this including all previous biopsies and x-rays.
There's not a person who comes in contact with Marley that doesn't want to love him, pet him, hug him, take a picture with him or just smile at him because they have met such a happy, gentle giant with an amazing old soul.
Please help our loyal, loving, cute-as-can-be, jumbo canine friend fight this! This world needs more smiles and Marley promises to deliver more smiles and cuddles to kids and adults alike once he beats this awful cancer.
Any small donation is very much appreciated and all treatment will be documented throughout the process over the next year.
