Hi everyone my name is Marley Durand and I am a mentally disabled Haitian black transgender woman currently living in Tennessee. I am on SSI for my BPD and schizophrenia. I really need help raising funds for my gender reassignment surgery. My life has been such a struggle. I was kicked out by my mom when I was 17 for trying to live as a full-time woman as I am now so I had to overcome a lot of adversity.

Im 27 years old and have been medically transitioning for five years and living as a full time as a woman since late 2013 And I’ve been out and about as a girl since I was 17.

I’ve been through a lot of abuse I started doing dominatrix BDSM sex work when I was 18 years old I was Beaten a lot and was raped when I was unconscious By my now ex-boyfriend. 2 years ago I was beaten by violent Philadelphia cops Before in Philadelphia and almost did Jail/prison time for it. Two years ago in southwest Philadelphia I was jumped by four boys and they tried to kill me and the tallest grown man in that group beat me several times of a 2 x 4 and broke my arm. . My attackers never got arrested the police never cared and I was never able to sue the cops That attacked me.

A lot of people tried to kill me over the years including my ex boyfriend who I can’t name out of my safety. I am suffering from a lot of the Trauma & I stopped feeling safe and I couldn’t afford to live in Philadelphia anymore so I moved back to Tennessee with my fiancé because it’s cheaper to live down there with her. Girls like me are getting killed around the country every single month every week.

I love living in Tennessee but it’s really a horrible place to be transgender. I have Medicaid but Tennessee TennCare refuses to cover my surgery. I live in a camper trailer. We are poor folk mmmkay. I had the strangers puberty growing up. I had Gynemastia at 12 years old when I used to be a boy i used to get made fun of for having boobs but it was a good thing for me. I suffer from triorchidism meaning I have three testees and that puts me at a higher risk for testicular cancer and I have pinhole Phimosis my genitalia is really a mess down there and I really want to get a new vagina so I can be in the right complete body And At this point in my transition it is medically necessary for me to get surgery. at this point in my transition it is medically necessary for me to get surgery

I can’t put this off. Do you know how expensive gender reassignment surgery is. I can’t think of a surgery that is more expensive . I really need help so I can achieve this goal within my youth in my lifetime. * paying for medical supplies I desperately need while healing like diapers and medical sterilization kits so I do not get an infection.
