My dear brothers and sisters, the blessed month of Ramadan is fast approaching. May Allah SWT allow us to reach it in good health and strong Imaan.

During this beautiful month, many of us look forward to gathering around the table and sharing meals with our loved ones. Yet for some of our Muslim brothers and sisters, Ramadan arrives with very little food, sometimes not even enough to cook a proper meal.

In sha Allah, I will be fundraising to provide food for struggling families living in Markaz as-Sunnah Somalia, a markaz run by our beloved Shaykh Xasan Kaafi حفظه الله.

Many poor families reside there and rely heavily on donations to survive, while their children dedicate themselves to studying the Deen under our beloved scholars.

Alhamdulillah, for the past 2 Ramadans we have raised a substantial amount and were able to support many families.

This year, with the help of Allah SWT, we aim to raise even more so we can assist even more families in need.

I will personally be responsible for delivering the funds to the struggling families.
