Hello chocolate lovers, my name is Marie Auriac and I'm delighted to be able to share my business dream with you.

Chocolate-making holds a special place in my heart, deeply rooted in a family tradition handed down from generation to generation. My journey from New Caledonia to working in sales with prestigious chocolate brands in the UK, such as Hotel Chocolat, Lindt and Harrods, has fuelled my passion for creating unique chocolate experiences. Although I have explored different paths, my love for chocolate has always remained constant.

Inspired by my intense love of chocolate, I founded La Chocolaterie Edinburgh. My aim is to revolutionise the way chocolate is perceived by offering high quality, environmentally friendly products with a Scottish twist. I want to create a safe haven for chocolate, away from the mass-produced, unhealthy options you find in shops.
