Margaret Mariscals Memorial Fund

      My mother, Margaret Mariscal embodied the very definition of what it means to be a caring and selfless individual. One of her many passions in life was to ALWAYS place the needs of her family and the friends in her life first. Even when she knew that doing so could result in her own needs being placed on the back- burner.

     Back in 2015 Margaret was diagnosed with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, a truly unforseen event and unfortunate life changing condition. Especially for a woman who had such a sweet heart and a soul full of love.  The PAH was a secondary symptom caused by her primary condition, Scleroderma, which is an Auto-Immune Disease.

     Our family's world had been shaken and turned upside down, for lack of better words. Amazingly through it all, she still stayed smiling and in good spirits everyday, as she always had. 

     As of Thursday, August 23, 2018,  Margaret Mariscal is peacefully at rest, and is no longer with us. However, she will never be gone for her soul shines with the sun and the stars and her spirit we can find within each of us.

     My brothers and I, are reaching out to any and all friends, family, and strangers alike to ask them for their aid! This fundraiser is to help our family afford the expenses of having a memorial service for Margaret Mariscal, which are overwhelming in cost. 

    Our family doesn't, and most importantly Margaret didn't, ask for help often, but this is beyond our pride and power. My mother was all that was right in the world and was always giving, loving, hopeful and caring to all!
