This memorial was created in honor of Mr. Marcus Alonzo Jackson of Oakland, California. Marcus tragically passed on Friday, April 26 when he was gunned down in the middle of his driveway in Oakland, California. The murderer continued on his killing spree by stealing Marcus' car and allegedly killing at least two more times before being stopped by the Nevada police where he shot an officer before being brought into custody. Marcus is survived by this loving wife of 28 years Terry, sons Marsalis (CSU East Bay c/o 2014), Asante future graduate of CSU San Francisco (January 2020), and daughter Teneva who will be graduating from UC Davis next month.
