Ariella's Lesson in Learning

Donation protected
On June 24, 2015, Lisa and Bobby Hopkins of Milltown, NJ suffered a terrible tragedy. Their child, a beautiful bouncy six year old girl, passed away from complications caused by Strep bacteria.

The Hopkins are a part of our PS97 family in Brooklyn, NY. We want to make sure that her name lives on. We are creating the Ariella Hopkins Scholarship Fund, so that future students in need will be able, in Ariella's memory, to receive an amazing education.

Ariella was feeling very ill on Sunday, June 21, 2015 (Father’s Day), and her parents rushed her to St. Peter’s Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Ariella was diagnosed with a brain abscess, and surgery was immediately performed. Unfortunately, after surgery, Ariella, who was only six years old, had further complications, and was taken from this world on June 24, 2015.

Ariella was very bright, energetic, and full of life. She attended St. Bartholomew Catholic School in East Brunswick, New Jersey. That is the school which will award The Ariella Hopkins scholarship to a child in need each year.

No donation is too small or too big, and every donation helps this young girl’s name live on.

God Bless Ariella Marian Hopkins.

She will forever be in the hearts of her parents, family, friends, and the students whose lives this scholarship fund will help on their educational journey.

Please give whatever is in your heart to help this great cause.

We thank you for your kindness and generosity.
