Compassion Kind Foundation is partnering with Lilongwe SPCA to spay and neuter 40 dogs in Salima, Malawi, Africa and needs your help for this lifesaving clinic!

This clinic will serve 22 surrounding villages where dogs are struggling to survive and many do not live to see their first birthday due to lack of resources and access to veterinary care.

We will be able to spay and neuter 40 dogs, but the impact goes far beyond that number. Each surgery prevents future litters from being born into suffering and allows the dogs already here a better chance at receiving food, care, and compassion.

For the past 15 years, Compassion Kind Foundation has been working in Malawi. When we first arrived, the reality was heartbreaking. Dogs were often feared or misunderstood and sometimes treated harshly simply because there was no access to education or veterinary support.

Over time, we have seen something incredible happen. Mindsets have shifted. Communities have begun to show kindness, to feed dogs, and to care for them in ways we once only hoped for.

Now we have the chance to build on that progress in a life saving way.

This will be the first clinic of its kind in this area. By reducing overpopulation, we can ease the suffering we see every day and give dogs a real chance to live longer, healthier lives. This is one of the most effective and humane ways to create lasting change.

We are working to raise 5000 dollars to cover all medical costs for this clinic. Each dog will also be receiving vaccinations, deworming, TVT screening and treatment , and flea/tick/heartworm preventions.

If this effort is successful, it will open the door to future clinics across Malawi, expanding care to even more villages and saving countless more lives.

This is not just about today. It is about changing the future for dogs who would otherwise never have a chance.
