Hi friends, family, theatre lovers, and kind strangers—

We’re Rachel and Jessica, two passionate artists and community organizers in San Marcos, TX, and we’re thrilled to be co-producing a production of Spring Awakening—a raw, beautiful, and important musical about adolescence, identity, sexuality, and the power of speaking truth in the face of silence.

But we can’t do it alone.

We’re raising money to help cover the production costs—scripts and licensing fees, venue rental, costumes, props, sound equipment, and everything else needed to give this brave cast of young performers the stage (and support) they deserve.

This show is a labor of love. We’re creating a safe, affirming space for young artists to explore bold, challenging material with care, respect, and community. Spring Awakening asks hard questions—about shame, repression, love, and resilience—and we’re committed to handling it with the responsibility and emotional care it demands.

All funds raised will go directly toward:

- Performance rights & licensing fees

- Sound and lighting equipment

- Costumes and set materials

- Venue rental and insurance

- Outreach to bring the show to as many people as possible
