Help Arizona Apparel Foundation Make More PPE!

Our Healthcare Workers and First Responders are Our Heroes. They Need Our Help during the COVID-19 Health Emergency!
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) includes the protective clothing designed to protect our healthcare workers and the people they are helping from the spread of infection or illness. As COVID-19 spreads across the country and around the world, PPE is desperately needed.
AZ Apparel Foundation , a 501c3 public charity has stepped up to meet this need by manufacturing PPE at FABRIC .
As a community resource for apparel entrepreneurs and a manufacturer of sewn products, we have received desperate requests to provide millions of PPE items to healthcare facilities and first responders.
We’ve been working around the clock to ramp up our efforts to help mitigate this PPE shortage and have received the FDA certification needed to produce Reusable Isolation Gowns and other items. Equally important, we have been able to procure the scarce FDA-approved fabric that is required to make these gowns.
We have the ability to manufacture a few different safe, effective, FDA approved items including reusable isolation gowns and are working to fill a very large order of 400,000 gowns for a major healthcare facility as well as to support orders from dozens of other large and small facilities.
The FDA-approved fabric we have obtained allows each of our gowns to be laundered and reused 300 times!
We Need your Help to Move Faster
The materials and equipment needed to scale operations and get these desperately needed PPE items to our healthcare workers and first responders is costly and is very hard to get. But, we got it!
Today, FABRIC's current lean manufacturing production line model can produce 500 gowns a day just by adding a few more machines and sewists.
Reaching our $300,00 goal will allow us to replicate this production line at least three more times within our current facility and will allow us to expand our capacity to make at least 2,000 items a day (more with round the clock shifts).
Your financial support is needed to help us with these costs so that we can continue to ramp up production.
Please share what you can and join us in this project to PROTECT the people who are working day and night to help all of us.
