Madeira ULTRAMARATHON

I’m about to set off on my biggest mission yet: a solo journey across the stunning island of Madeira, covering around >100 km with > 5,000 meters of elevation gain. This adventure is inspired by my love for the island and my connection to the Grow Well charity, which does incredible work supporting children in Gros Islet, St. Lucia.

Grow Well continues to create change through the island. They deliver educational support, safe spaces for children, young women empowerment circles, whilst supporting youth through sport, and even helping to provide food for local communities. Their work helps build brighter, more secure futures — and I’m proud to run in their name.

This run is also a tribute to my grandfathers, Jo Tex and Geoffrey, who were both incredible men and inspirations in my life. Both great men in the own rights!

Any support for this cause would mean the world to me and to the children who benefit from Grow Well’s programs.
